Luggage carts are provided at various locations inside the terminal building, as well as at train stations, parking lots, bus and taxi drop-off points, etc.

For departures, you can use luggage carts free of charge from your train station (from the platform in the case of Keihin Electric Express Railway), parking lot, bus or taxi drop-off point or other location, to your airline's check-in counter. For arrivals, you can use luggage carts free of charge from the baggage claim area to your train station (to the platform in the case of Keihin Electric Express Railway), parking lot, bus or taxi pick-up point or other location.

* Use of luggage carts on escalators is prohibited.

Mini carts are available in the departure concourse after immigration. You can transport your baggage in a mini cart to your boarding gate, so you do not have to worry about carrying heavier baggage after shopping at duty-free shops and other shops.

Mini carts are also available in the arrival concourse. You can carry your baggage in a mini cart to the quarantine counter.
