Retrieve your baggage, and after going through customs, transfer to the domestic passenger terminal.
In some cases, the domestic boarding procedure can be done at the domestic transfers counter in the domestic terminal, 2nd floor. For more details, ask your airline.

3. Transfer to the Domestic Passenger Terminal
Use one of the methods below to transfer to the domestic passenger terminal free of charge.
- The Free Shuttle Bus

- Keikyu Line
Travellers transferring to domestic flights can ride for free between Haneda Airport International Terminal Station and Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal Station. To take the train, show your passport and transfer flight ticket at the international information counter, 2nd floor. See this page for more information on the Keikyu Line station turnstiles.
Travellers transferring to domestic flights can ride the monorail for free between Haneda International Terminal and Haneda Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
