The Steps for International Arrivals

1. Quarantine

Quarantine and Immigration Procedures

Proceed with the quarantine procedures.If a medical questionnaire is distributed aboard the airplane, fill in all required fields and submit it at the quarantine counter.



Please have your passport ready and follow the instructions of the usher for entry (re-entry) procedures at counters for Japanese passengers, reentry permit holders and visitors. We recommend that Japanese passengers use our face scanning autogates. Your passport will not be stamped so please ask an attendant after completing the entry or re-entry procedures if you require a stamp. Non-Japanese passport holders must present a completed disembarkation card. (Please remove your passport from its plastic cover before presenting it.)

3.Baggage Claims

Retrieve your checked-in baggage at the baggage claim area (the baggage carousels).
Confirm your airline and flight number with the information display by the carousel. If your baggage does not show up, or your baggage is damaged, show your baggage claim tag to airline staff and get assistance.

4. Plant and Animal Quarantine

Depending on your country and region of origin, an import inspection following baggage retrieval may be required if you are bringing meat, fruit, animals, or plants into Japan.

5. Customs Inspection

Take your baggage with you, proceed to the customs inspection, and submit your personal effects declaration card for inspection.

6. Arrival Lobby

Using the closest information display, choose your preferred means of transportation.
