Please have your passport ready and follow the instructions of the usher for entry (re-entry) procedures at counters for Japanese passengers, reentry permit holders and visitors. We recommend that Japanese passengers use our face scanning autogates. Your passport will not be stamped so please ask an attendant after completing the entry or re-entry procedures if you require a stamp. Non-Japanese passport holders must present a completed disembarkation card. (Please remove your passport from its plastic cover before presenting it.)
Retrieve your checked-in baggage at the baggage claim area (the baggage carousels).
